Trusted Tongan Counselling and Support

Meet Oceania Social Work & Tongan Consultancy

Oceania Social Work was created to help Tongan and Pacific families feel seen, heard, and cared for. We offer trauma informed counselling and social work, led by Heimoana Langi. We work in both Tongan and English. We know how hard it is when you feel alone, stressed, or no one understands your culture or faith. Our practice is here to bring hope and positive change to your family or relationship. Trust us to help you with heart, respect, and real understanding.

Why We Care

A New Path for Tongan Healing

Oceania Social Work & Tongan Consultancy was founded because so many Tongan and Pacific families in Australia struggle to find real help. We know families often feel lost or judged by services that do not value their faith, language, and culture. That pain is one our founder, Heimoana, knows first-hand. Our approach is warm, trauma informed, and rooted in Tongan pride and Christian faith. We speak your language so we can help you heal and find strength as a family, a couple, or on your own. Our support is always gentle and private. We offer more than just counselling. We give hope and real tools to make change. Trust us if you have been searching for a bilingual counsellor or social work support that respects your journey and your values. Our team's heart is to bring trust, healing, and hope back to our community.right here in Australia and wherever Tongan families need us.

Our Founder

Meet Heimoana Langi

Raised in both Tonga and Australia, Heimoana Langi saw the need for true support for Tongan families. Her own story led her to study social work and healing practices. She knows that many families feel lost, caught between two cultures, or do not know where to turn. She speaks both Tongan and English, understands faith as a core value, and brings a warm approach to every family. Heimoana leads Oceania Social Work with care, making sure your story, pain, and hope are always respected. Every person who walks in our door matters to us. With Heimoana, you have someone on your side who understands both the challenges and the strengths that come with being part of the Pacific community.
